Warranty Information

If you purchased a product in one of our stores, then warranty, repair and parts are handled by the selling store.

For items purchased on our website:

  1. On the Wild Bird Center website, select “Returns” under the “Customer Service” tab on the bottom of the page.
  2. In “Reason for Returning,” note Warranty and fully describe the problem.
  3. Fill in the required information.
  4. In “Reason for Returning,” note Warranty and fully describe the problem.
  5. Select “Submit.”
  6. You will be contacted about your warranty claim within three (3) business days.

Items purchased at Wild Bird Center store or online are guaranteed as follows:
Products purchased from Wild Bird Centers, either online or at one of our stores, are guaranteed for the periods designated below. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for the designated time period that applies to your specific item when used according to intended use and/or manufacturer directions. Squirrel damage (except where specifically warrantied), damage from raccoons, bears, chipmunks and other animals, cosmetic damage, fading or damage caused by unintended or improper use are not covered.

Repair, replacement or parts will be provided for warranty claims at our discretion. If the item is no longer available, an equivalent item may be substituted.

Purchase receipt may be required.

Wild Bird Centers Brand Premium Feeders and Nest Boxes

Going Green ™ Feeders and Nest Boxes

Lifetime guarantee not to fade, crack or warp to the original owner.

Wood Feeders and Nest Boxes

Guaranteed to the original owner for one (1) year against defects in material and workmanship. Squirrel damage is not covered unless otherwise noted.

Tube Feeders

Lifetime guarantee to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. Squirrel damage is not covered unless otherwise noted.


Wild Bird Centers PoleWise Hardware System

Defects in materials and workmanship are warrantied for ten (10) years. Powder coating and rust covered for one (1) year.

Other Manufacturers

Products by other manufacturers sold at Wild Bird Center stores or on our website are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Depending on the product, warranty service may be through your local Wild Bird Center store, customer service for online purchases or directly through the manufacturer. Please check with us regarding handling of warranty claims. Always check with the manufacturer on their have website for warranty claim information as well.

Limits of Liability

Wild Bird Center’s maximum liability and responsibility is the purchase price of the item, regardless of cause. Consequential, incidental, indirect or related damages or loss of use are not covered in any manner at any time. We are not responsible for user damage or loss of parts during the use of any product.

Replacement Parts

Replacement parts may be available! Please contact your local store or email us at customerservice@wildbird.com for availability and price.

THE WARRANTIES STATED ABOVE ARE THE ONLY WARRANTIES  WE MAKE.  WILD BIRD CENTERS OF AMERICA, INC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
