Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern membership in Wild Bird Center’s Backyard Bird Club (BBC) program. BBC is a program of the Wild Bird Centers of America, Inc., a Maryland corporation (“we,” “us,” “our,” “ours”) offered and administered by participating Wild Bird Center stores. The purchaser of this program (“you,” ‘your,” “yours”) agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.


Membership in the Backyard Bird Club entitles the purchaser to the following benefits for 12 months from the date of purchase to everyday savings of (the “Membership Benefits”):

  • 20% Off the regular price of feed items: Seed, Suet, Seed Cakes and Cylinders, WBCA Hummingbird Nectar.
  • 10% Off the regular price of all other products.
  • 500 Birdie Bucks points at the time of sign-up and each renewal.

Membership Fee

The annual membership fee is $25 excluding any applicable taxes, subject to change with or without notice. In the event of in the Membership Fee, your Membership will continue at the current rate until expiration.

Program Conditions

Membership must be active and current at the time of purchase to receive any program discounts and terms and is valid at the issuing store only.

Member receives either Membership Benefits or coupon/sale/promotion pricing, whichever is greater.

If an item is on sale or promotion, you will receive the higher percentage or dollar discount but not both discounts added together.

Birdie Bucks and Free Feeder discounts apply to all purchases and are applied to the price that results from the Membership Benefits. See store for Birdie Bucks and Free Feeder program details.

Your membership must be active at the time of purchase. Membership Benefits will not be applied retroactively to any purchases made while you were not a member.

Membership is not transferable. We may cancel your membership at any time, with or without notice, by refunding your paid fee.

Membership Benefits do not apply to online purchases.

The store that issued the membership is the only store that is required to provide Membership Benefits. Wild Bird center stores are independently owned and operated. You understand that Wild Bird Centers of America, Inc. has no liability or responsibility for, and does not honor Membership Benefits, where an independently operated store issued you the membership in the BBC.

Term and Renewal

You may cancel your membership at any time. If cancelled within thirty (30) days of purchase, you will receive a full refund less the value of any Membership Benefits received to date. No refunds will be issued after 30 days.

Renewal is not automatic! You must renew your membership each year to continue to receive benefits.

We may terminate this program any time with or without notice. If we terminate the program, you will be entitled to a pro-rated refund of the fee paid based on 1/12 of the fee per month remaining.

Limit of Liability

Wild Bird Centers of America, Inc., our franchise stores and affiliates limit of liability is the annual cost of any membership dues paid for unexpired accounts. Membership Benefits are provided on as “As Is” “As Available” basis at the issuing store.

Changes in Membership Agreement

We may change Terms and Conditions of membership at any time by notifying Member of such changes by email or in writing. If we make any changes, you may cancel your membership and receive a pro-rated refund for any time remaining.

Governing Law

This Agreement will be construed under the law of the State of Maryland without regard to any conflict of laws.
