FEEDING STATION CONSULTATION
You want to feed birds but don't know where to start or where to locate your feeder.
Give us a call and for $15.00 we will come to your house and assist you in finding the best suitable location for that feeding station so both you and your feathered friends can enjoy hours of feeding time together.

NIXON TRAIL NESTING BOXES PROJECT
The Wild Bird Center (WBC) of Langford, with the support from the City of Langford, is raising money for the mounting of nesting boxes along the Nixon Trail (Langford Lake). These nesting boxes will be for one of our native birds, the Violet-Green Swallow. Fund raising events and an in-store draws will take place throughout the year. Help us reach our goal to collect enough money to erect 5 to 8 nesting boxes. You have spare change in your pocket? How about a donation? Are you a teacher looking for an environment enhancement project for your class? Give us a call.
DAISY DOLLARS PROGRAM
Help Wild ARC raise Daisy Dollars by collecting UPC codes from all Island Farms products = milk, yogurt, ice cream, butter etc...
Bring the UPC codes to our store and we will bundle it on your behalf.
PROJECT WILDBIRD (PWB)
Over 2500 persons have contributed data to PWB.
777 on-line surveys have been submitted.
930,000 bird visits to PWB feeders have been recorded.
202 Experimental Scientists have collected vital data for PWB.
12,000 45-minute viewing sessions by Experimental Scientists have been recorded on-line.
