It's that sad time of year when the hummingbirds prepare to take flight south for warmer weather. You should keep your nectar feeder out and filled until you no longer see the hummingbird. They leave when their instinct tells them to, not when you take your feeder in for the season. They need all the energy they can get to make their long journey, so enjoy them as long as you can!
