Denver metro hummers

Hummingbirds are coming through Denver.
OK, guys in the mountains, I know you've had them all summer. First one in my yard in 35 years (near Lowry and the small wetlands at Uinta & 11th). I'll be taking home the feeder tonight.
They are later than usual this year, probably because the moisture in the hills has caused a huge bloom of wild flowers. But each year we have reports of more and more stopping in the Denver area on the way back "home".
Look for little calliope, black chinned, broad-tail, and rufous...yes, here in the metro area!
